Fundraising Tickets FAQ
-
Q:
What should I include on the body and the stub of the ticket? Will I get to see a proof before printing?
A:
Whatever you’d like! For a standard raffle ticket we recommend ensuring the “draw portion” of the ticket (could be the top stub or the main body of the ticket, its up to you!) has contact information for the raffle entrant in the event that they win! Most 50/50 list the draw date/time, the prizes or a website link to the prize list if applicable, and if proceeds are benefiting an organization or event, logos from sponsors, etc. You will receive a proof before printing, please refer to our daily printing schedule to see when you should expect that email!
-
Q:
Can I include letters in my ticket numbering?
A:
Sure! Using letters can help separate if you are doing multiple draws for different prizes. For example: First Draw tickets start at A0001, and Second Draw tickets would start at B0001.
-
Q:
What are the dimensions of the fundraising tickets?
A:
Entire ticket size: 2” x 5.5”
The removable stub on top: 2”x 1”
The body portion of the ticket: 2”x 4.5”
-
Q:
How do the fundraiser tickets come packaged?
A:
They come printed and cut individually, stacked in numerical order, unless you have requested them booked, which means they will come stapled into booklets (maximum 10 tickets per book, with an additional 15 cents per book fee). All booklets are stapled on the bottom right on the ticket.
-
Q:
Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations?
