Damaged Product / Quality Problem

What if I’m not happy with my purchase? #

Shop with confidence! If you aren’t 100% satisfied, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Send us an email to printing@myzone.com, referencing your order number, with a photo of the defective products, an explanation, and the number of items that present this quality problem.

My product contains a defect or is damaged, what can be done? #

If the product is damaged and/or contains manufacturing defects when you receive your order, please email us at printing@myzone.com referencing your order number with a photo of the items and we’ll send you, as soon as possible, a replacement free of charge for the items with a defect or damage.

If we fail to deliver your items before the agreed-upon delivery date, you are eligible for a full refund.

Why do certain colors look different after they print? #

There’s nothing more upsetting than designing a product only to receive it and discover the colors aren’t quite as you imagined. We understand.

Digital display colors will always be distorted. Everyone’s computer screens and settings are different, and the way that color looks on a printed item will never be quite the way a color looks on a screen.

When possible, we always suggest providing the PMS color codes for your artwork to avoid variations. You can look up the codes here: https://www.pantone-colours.com/

Some printing technologies like sublimation (e.g. printed cloth and printed lanyards) and digital printing (e.g. full color tickets, full color Tyvek wristbands, signs and posters, and promotional products) don’t allow perfect color matching. However, rest assured that our team matches on-screen colors (RGB) to printed colors (CMYK) as closely as possible. We also have high-quality controls and color correction standards in place to ensure there is as little variation as possible, especially within a single product order.
