Can I cancel my order? #
- For custom items: We cannot cancel the order after it has been paid and sent to production. However, if your order is in the design stage or is pending your approval, we will proceed to cancel it as no charges were made to your card. Your order will display “Canceled” next to it.
- For plain or stock items: As long as they have not shipped, we’ll attempt to cancel the order, but submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee your order will be canceled. If your payment was made before the cancellation, a refund for your order will be issued to the payment method used. You will receive an email with refund information. Your Order will display “Refunded” next to it.
To request an order cancellation, email us at printing@myzone.com referencing your order number.
Can I change my order? #
As long as your payment has not been processed you can request to change your order.
Here’s what you can do:
- Cancel an order
- Change the shipping address
- Make design and text edits:
- If the order was recently placed, email us your comments and/or graphics at printing@myzone.com referencing your order number.
- If you have received the design proof email, reply with the changes.
- If your payment has been processed after the design proof was approved, reply immediately to the designer and CC: printing@myzone.com. We’ll attempt to make the edits, but it is not guaranteed to happen. Note that this will delay your order.
- Change the name of the recipient or the company name:
- Email us at printing@myzone.com referencing your order number.
- Change the payment method
What is your return policy? #
We hold a ‘no refunds’ policy as the costs of each order are already incurred once the order has been placed. However, we do respect every client’s individual situation and try to make as many exceptions as possible.
- For custom items: We do not offer refunds or returns after the design proof is approved and accepted by the client.
- For plain or stock items: Stock products can be returned so long as the items are shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be unused, undamaged, clean, and resalable with no incomplete packs. A refund will be given only for the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is up to the customer.

Can I upgrade my shipping speed? #
You can upgrade your shipping method as long as your order hasn’t shipped. The moment your order is paid, we start working to get it to you as quickly as possible. We’ll attempt to upgrade shipping but a request does not guarantee it will be upgraded.
To have this done contact us at printing@myzone.com referencing your order number.
Note: For some products, we offer only one shipping method. In this case, the shipping speed cannot be upgraded, however, contact us to see if we can accommodate a better delivery date for your order.
Can I update my billing address? #
For an existing order:
You sure can, provided we haven’t processed your payment yet.
Don’t worry, if your payment was captured with an error in the billing address, but received an email saying that your payment has been processed, then the error did not affect the processing of your order. If any errors do happen to arise, you will receive a declined credit card email.
If you want to update your billing address for an order before we process your payment, please email us the address to printing@myzone.com referencing your order number.
For future orders:
You can update your information for future purchases from your account. In the Addresses section, click to Edit your billing address. Click Save Address before leaving. This new address will be displayed during the checkout process the next time you place an order. It will not update your address on an existing order.
You can also provide a different billing address at the checkout page before completing an order.
Make sure to check Use a different billing address if this is different from your shipping address.
Can I change the shipping address? #
For an existing order:
In most cases, yes. After you place an order you may request to change your shipping address up until your order has shipped. Email us the address at printing@myzone.com referencing your order number. Changing the shipping address may incur additional charges. In this case, we will email you the additional amount to be charged for your approval.
Note: If the request is made near the shipping date, it may cause delays. We’ll attempt to change the shipping address but a request does not guarantee it will be updated as the order could have been already shipped.
For future orders:
You can update your information for future purchases from your MyZone account. In the Addresses section, click to Edit your shipping address. Click Save Address before leaving. Note: The shipping address is applied to all items in an order. If you need items to ship to different places, you would need to place separate orders.
Can I pay with a different card or change the payment method? #
Always! As long as we haven’t charged you.
For custom orders, you can request to use a different card up until you review and approve your design proof.
For stock or plain orders, we process payments manually so it might take some time since you place your order up until we charge you (if you submit your order outside business hours, we won’t charge you until the next business day). If we haven’t processed your payment yet, call us immediately with your order number in hand so we put your order on hold.
To provide a new credit card information follow these instructions:
- Sign in to your MyZone account.
- Click My Account > Payment Methods.
- Click Add payment method.
- Enter your Card number, Expiration date, and Security code (CVC or CVV).
- Click Add payment method to submit your card.
- Email us at printing@myzone.com referencing your order number and the last 4 digits of the card that you want to use for payment.
Never provide your card information via email as it is not secure and it is not end-to-end encrypted. Always aim to provide your payment details via your account on our secure website which is the safest, most convenient and most reliable way. If you need assistance, call us and we will walk you through it.
Note: Updating your card information may delay your order given the production of your items won’t begin until we collect your payment.
